摘  要:目的观察血红蛋白氧载体(HBOCs)复苏对失血性休克大鼠肠黏膜组织形态学的影响,并探讨其机制。方法用SD大鼠制作45%放血重度失血性休克模型,以0.9%NaCl、万汶(6%羟乙基淀粉)和HBOCs进行复苏。观察平均动脉压(MAP)及肠黏膜组织病理变化,Chiu氏六级病理评分评定肠黏膜损伤程度。结果复苏后各休克组大鼠小肠黏膜病理损伤评分及组织形态学显示不同程度损伤,其中HBOCs组损伤最轻,万汶组次之,NaCl组损伤最重,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HBOCs复苏有利于减轻肠组织水肿,从而维持肠组织正常形态。Objective To observe the effect of HBOCs resuscitation on morphology of intestinal mucosa in hemorrhagic shock rats,and explore its mechanism.Methods SD rats were hemorrhaged 45% of the total blood volume via left femoral artery to establish severe hemorrhagic shock model.Model rats were randomly divided into 0.9% Na Cl group,Voluven(6% hydroxyethyl starch) group and HBOCs group by different resuscitation fluids.Observed its effect on mean arterial pressure(MAP) and intestinal mucosa pathological changes,Chiu's six pathological scores was used to assess the extent of damage of the intestinal mucosa.Results After resuscitation,small intestine mucosa histology and pathological damage score showed different degrees of damage in each group,HBOCs group was the lightest,Voluven group followed,Na Cl group was the heaviest,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Resuscitation with HBOCs can reduce intestinal tissue edema,maintain normal bowel tissue morphology.
