摘　　要：根据我国智能制造产业现状,以研究和开发促进产业技术进步和结构调整的关键共性技术为目的,探索以"用"为中心的"产学研用资政"协同创新机制下智能制造公共研发平台的建设思路和运行机制。According to the present situation of China＇ s intelligent manufacturing industry, it is to study and develop key and generic technologies of the technology development progress and structural adjustment in industrial technology. It explores the construction idea and operation mechanism of intelligent manufac-turing public research and development platform under the collaborative innovation mechanism of ‘use＇as the center for ‘Production＇, ‘Learning＇, ‘Research＇, ‘Administration＇ and ‘Capital＇.
