富钾饼肥对烤烟叶绿素荧光参数及烟叶内在品质的影响

摘　　要：为探索不同种类和发酵工艺饼肥对烟叶叶绿素荧光参数和内在品质的作用效果,筛选优质饼肥类型,2015年在永州开展了施用不同饼肥的试验。结果表明,3种饼肥处理的烟叶叶绿素a、总叶绿素含量、光能利用效率均高于不施饼肥的对照;烟株农艺性状和经济性状均不同程度优于对照;两种富钾饼肥处理的烟叶主要化学成分适宜性和协调性优于对照;施用饼肥处理的烤烟香气质、香气量、余味具有一定优势。富钾饼肥对烟叶内在品质的改善效果优于普通饼肥,采用增香菌剂低温发酵处理的富钾饼肥作用效果优于腐熟剂高温发酵处理的富钾饼肥。The effects of different cake fertilizers and fermentation techniques on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and interior quality of tobacco were investigated in order to select suitable cake fertilizer type. An incomplete random block test was carried out in Yongzhou Tobacco Production Technology Center in 2015. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a,total chlorophyll and light energy usage efficiency were significantly higher than those of the control. The agronomic traits and economic traits of tobacco plants were superior than those of the control. The main chemical constituent suitability and coordination of tobacco leaves of two potassium-enrich cake fertilizer treatments were better than those of the contrast. There were certain advantages of cake fertilizer treatment to the aroma quality,aroma quantity and aftertaste of tobacco leaves. The effect of potassium-enrich cake fertilizer on the improvement of the inner quality of tobacco leaves was better than that of ordinary cake fertilizer. The effect of potassium-enrich cake fertilizer that fermented in low temperature with flavoring germ agent was superior than that fermented in high temperature with decomposing agent.
