摘　　要：科技查新报告从检索范围、检索策略、检索词选取、相关文献对比分析等方面围绕"新颖性结论"展开。因此,探讨查新报告新颖性问题对于提高报告质量,体现查新工作的内涵具有重要意义。文章在分析《科技查新技术规范》新颖性判断原则的合理性与适用性的基础上,重点论述了科技查新报告结论形式的局限性问题。The Sci-Tech novelty search reports on the＂novelty conclusion＂are written from the aspects of the search scope,retrieval strategy,the selection of search terms,and the comparative analysis of the relevant literature. Therefore,it is of great significance in improving the quality of the report to explore novelty in the SciTech novelty search reports. On the basis of the analysis of the rationality and applicability of the novelty judgment principle of Specification of Scientific and Technical Novelty Search,this paper focuses on the limitations of the conclusion of the Sci-Tech novelty search report.
