摘　　要：专业文献的采访工作是专业院校图书馆资源建设不可缺少的组成部分,其质量高低关乎馆藏水平和服务质量,对学科建设以及教学科研都会产生重要影响。文章以天津音乐学院图书馆2011年以来的音乐类图书招标采购实践为例,探究在政府招标采购作为高校图书馆资源建设主要模式的背景下,专业类图书采访质量控制等问题。The professional literature acquisition is an indispensable part of the construction of library resources. The quality of the library is related to the level of the collection and the quality of service,which will have a significant impact on the construction of discipline,teaching and research. This paper takes the practice of bidding and purchasing in the library of Tianjin Conservatory of Music in the recent five years as an example to explore the problems in the process of bidding and purchasing of professional books under the background of government bidding and purchasing as the main mode of university library resource construction.
