摘  要:为了降低烟叶的烘烤成本,提高烟叶的烘烤质量,对3个不同类型的新能源烤房的烘烤效益、烤后烟叶对的外观质量及化学成分进行了评价与分析。结果表明:热泵烤房的烘烤耗时分别比普通密集烤房、生物质烤房和甲醇燃料烤房缩短17、10和7 h,干烟成本分别比普通密集烤房、生物质烤房和甲醇燃料烤房降低了24.6%、18.4%和7.0%;生物质烤房、甲醇燃料烤房和热泵烤房的烤后烟叶外观质量综合得分均高于普通密集烤房;甲醇烤房与热泵烤房烤后烟叶的蛋白质与淀粉含量相对较低,且两糖含量较高,给烟叶品质的彰显提供一定的保障。由此可知,新能源烤房在一定程度上能够降低烘烤成本,提高烟叶质量,具有较好的应用前景。In order to reduce the cost of curing tobacco, improve the quality of tobacco baking, the different types of benefts, baking barn appearance quality and chemical composition were evaluated and analyzed. The results showed that the heat pump barn baking time shorted by 17, 10 and 7 h, and the cost of dry tobacco reduced by 24.6%, 18.4% and 7.0%, respectively, compared with ordinary consumption bulk curing barn, biomass and methanol fuel barn baking less time-consuming. The appearance quality comprehensive score and biomass curing barn methanol fuel and heat pump he barn scores were higher than the ordinary barn. The protein and starch contents were relatively low in methanol barn and pump barn, but the content of two sugars higher. In conclusion, the new energy roast house can reduce the baking cost and improve the quality of tobacco to a certain extent, so it has a good application prospect.
