农民土地财产性收入时空特征及影响因素分析

摘　　要：实现农民财产收入的有效持续增长是解决"三农"问题的重要途径。以全国层面的农民土地财产性收入为对象,分析其时空特征,从区域因素、土地数量因素、资源禀赋因素3大方面深入探讨制约农民土地财产性收入增长的影响因素,最后提出保障农民土地完整的产权内容、完善相关法律制度和提高市场交易水平等建议,为农民增加土地财产性收入提供保障。The effective and sustainable growth of farmers’ property income has become an important way to solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. The farmers’ land property income of national level as the object, analyze its temporal and spatial characteristics, from the 3 aspects of regional factors, land quantity factors and resource endowment factors, this paper deeply discusses the factors that restrict the growth of farmers＇ land property income, in order to provide protection for the increase of farmers＇ land property income, fnally, it puts forward some suggestions such as ensuring the property right of farmers＇ land integrity, perfecting the relevant legal system and improving the market transaction level.
