摘  要:目的钻研高原肺水肿患者血浆中一氧化氮浓度改变;研究高原肺水肿患者血浆一氧化氮合酶和鸟氨酸脱羧酶酶活力和蛋白表达变化,及其血清蛋白浓度与肺动脉高压的相关性研究。经此研究,探究一氧化氮合酶和鸟氨酸脱羧酶对高原肺水肿发生和发展的作用。方法通过对30例高原肺水肿患者血浆中一氧化氮浓度、一氧化氮合酶和鸟氨酸脱羧酶活力和蛋白表达进行检测,并与30例正常人进行差异性比较。结果高原肺水肿患者血浆中一氧化氮水平显著下降(P<0.01);一氧化氮合酶显著降低(P<0.01);鸟氨酸脱羧酶酶活力较正常人没有差异(P>0.01),但是有上升的趋势;鸟氨酸脱羧酶显著升高(P<0.01);高原肺水肿患者肺动脉压与血浆中鸟氨酸脱羧酶含量呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶在高原肺水肿的发生和发展起着重要的调节作用;鸟氨酸脱羧酶在高原肺水肿患者血浆中的高表达可能对受损组织起到修复作用。Objective To investigate plasmanitric oxideconcentration change,plasmanitric oxidesyn-thase, and ornithine decarboxylase enzymeactivity and protein expression in patients with dema, and to explore the correlation bet^veen serum protein concentration and pulmonary hypertension, in order to re-search the association of nitric oxide synthase and ornitliine decarlDoxylase levels in serum witli the development ofhigh altitude pulmonary edema. Methods The levels of NO, NO synthase and ornithiine decarlDoxylase enzyme ac-tivity and protein expression were detected in 50 patients withi high altitude pulmonary edema p were compared with 49 cases of healthy subjects. Results NO and NO synthase decreased significantly (P 〈0. 01),and ornithine decarboxylase enzyme activity showed no difference (P 〉 0. 01 ) in HAPE patients. boxylase increased significantly (P 〈0. 01). High altitude pulmonary edema and pulmonary artery thine decarlDoxylase plasma levels were negatively correlated ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Nitric oxide and nitric oxidesynthase in the development of high-altitude pulmonary edema play important regulatory role, and ornitiiine decarlDox-ylase in high altitude pulmonary edema plasma expression can
