摘  要:研究棉/木棉混纺阻隔面料的阻螨性能的影响因素。采用棉/木棉混纺纱和纯棉纱,以不同的纤维原料、紧度和后整理方法试制4种阻隔面料,测试其阻螨性能,并分析影响木棉混纺织物阻螨性能的因素。试验发现,14.6tex棉/木棉混纺纱与11.7tex纯棉经纱交织的织物具有较好的阻螨性能,隔离螨虫效果达到90%以上,应用价值高;棉/木棉混纺织物的阻螨性能与织物紧度呈正相关关系;防羽、丝光等后整理工艺会影响织物阻螨性能,因此应从纤维原料和织物结构入手改善织物的阻螨性能。Factors influencing anti-mite performance of cotton/kapok blended fabric were discussed. Four kinds of anti-mite fabrics with different fiber materials,fiber tightness and after-finishing ways were produced by using cotton/kapok blended yarn and pure cotton yarn. The anti-mite performance was tested and the influencing factors were analyzed. The test showed that anti-mite performance of warp interwoven fabric produced by 14. 6 tex cotton/kapok blended yarn and 11. 7 tex pure cotton yarn was better and its mites resistance effect could reach above 90% with high application value; anti-mite performance and fabric tightness of cotton/kapok blended fabric had a positive correlativity; after-finishing process such as down-proof and mercerization would influence anti-mite performance so that the fiber materials and fabric structure should be taken as starting point to improve the antimite performance of the fabric.
