摘　　要：本文剖析目前"大学生职业发展与就业指导"这门课程在教学中的问题,从师资、教学目标、教学方法、教学内容等方面提出教学改革的建议,不断完善教学模式来引导大学生树立正确的就业观、提前做好职业生涯规划和创业。This paper analyzes the current teaching problem of＂Career Development and Career Guidance for College Students＂,and puts forward some suggestions for teaching reformfrom the aspects of teachers, teaching objectives, teaching methods,teaching contents and so on. The aim is constantly improvethe teaching mode to guide students to set up a correct view ofemployment, plan their career ahead of time, and prepare forbusiness in advance.
