穴位贴敷联合盐酸格拉司琼对预防肺癌化疗所致恶心呕吐的作用

摘　　要：目的观察中药穴位贴敷联合盐酸格拉司琼预防肺癌含顺铂化疗方案所致恶心呕吐的疗效。方法90例采用含顺铂化疗方案的肺癌患者随机分为A、B、C组,各30例。A组给予穴位贴敷联合盐酸格拉司琼注射液9 mg静脉推注,B组单用盐酸格拉司琼9 mg静脉推注,C组单用穴位贴敷。观察3组患者化疗后5 d内恶心呕吐程度及缓解情况,比较2组生活质量情况。结果 A组恶心呕吐程度低于B组和C组,说明A组预防和治疗化疗相关性恶心呕吐效果较好。A组恶心呕吐缓解有效率高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组恶心生活功能量表(FLIE)评分高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合盐酸格拉司琼对预防肺癌含顺铂化疗方案所致的恶心呕吐疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect o f acupoint application combined w ith granisetron hydrochloride in prevention o f nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapcancer. Methods A total o f 90 lung cancer patients undergoing cisplatin-based chemotherapywere randomly divided into group A,B and C ,w ith 30 cases in each groreceived acupoint application combined w ith granisetron hydrochloride intravenous in fu s io n,and those in the group B and C received granisetron hydrochloride intravenous infuapplication respectively. The condition o f CINV and quality o f l ife after chemotherapy were ob-served and compared between three groups. Results Patients in the group A had less sevCINV compared with those in the group Band group C. The remission rate o f CINV was higher in the group A than that in group B and group C （P〈 0. 05）. Patients in the group A achieved a higher score in Functional L iv in g Index-Emesis （F L IE） compared w ith those in group C （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Acupoint application combined with granisetron hydrochlo-ride is potentially effective to prevent CINV in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
