康复训练结合运动想象在脑梗死偏瘫患者康复护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死偏瘫患者康复护理中应用运动想象结合常规康复训练的效果。方法 80例脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。在常规治疗和护理的基础上,对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组给予康复训练结合运动想象。观察2组患者运动功能、生活能力、生活质量变化及并发症发生情况。结果护理后1、3个月观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Barthel指数评定量表、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死偏瘫患者康复护理中,应用运动想象结合常规康复训练,可显著改善患者运动功能,提高生活能力,减少并发症,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the c l in ica l value o f motor imagery combined w ith routine rehabilitation training in rehabilitation nursing care o f patients w ith hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction. Methods T otally 80 patients w it t i hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction were se-lected as the subjects and randomly divided into the obser-vation group and the cont40 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated w ith general nurstients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation training while patients in tion group were given motor imagery based on the treatment in the control group. The changes o fmotor function,l ife abi l ity,quality o f l ife and complications o f the two groups were observed.Results One month and three months after nursing,the scores o f Fugl-Meyer assessment, B a -thel index and Stroke Specific Quality o f L ife Scale （SS-QOL） in the observation group were sig-nificantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence o f complications was 5.00% in observation group and was 20. 00X in the control group,w ith （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion In rehabilitation nursing o f patients w ith hemiplegia caused by cerebralinfarct ion,the application o f motor imagery combined w ith routine rehabilitation training can sig-nificantly improve the patients＂ motor function and their li-ving a b ility and also can reduce compli-cations and improve the quality o f l i fe .
