中医辨证食疗方在老年气阴两虚型糖尿病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中医辨证食疗方在老年气阴两虚型糖尿病患者中的应用。方法选取2015年7月—2016年6月老年科住院的气阴两虚型糖尿病老年患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组常规药物治疗结合饮食控制,治疗组在对照组基础上采用中医辨证食疗方饮食。干预12周后观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组疗效总有效率为90.0%(27/30)高于对照组的66.7%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理运用中医辨证食疗方,能够在改善患者血糖指标的同时有效提高患者生存质量。Objective To explore the application o f TCM dietary therapy in elderly type 2 d i-abetes mellitus patients wit t i Qi and Y in deficiency. Methods T otally 60 cases o f elderldiabetes mellitus patients wit t i deficiency o f Qi and Y in were enrolled and the treatment group and the control group,w ith 30 cases in each group. Both two conventional drug administration and dietary co n tro l,and th e T C M d ie ta ry interventions were car-ried out in the observation group. The c l in ica l efficacy o f intervention was evaluated after intervention. Results The overall effective rate o f intervention was 90.0X （27/30） in theobservation group and was 66.7% （20/30） in the control group,w ith a significan〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application o f TCM dietary therapy according to syndrome d iffe re n ti-ation can help elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients to control the blood sugar and improve thequality of life .
