中医护理适宜技术在中医院老年科的应用与实践

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理适宜技术在老年患者中的应用与实践效果。方法采用医护合作模式,积极开展中医辨证施护,主动运用耳穴埋籽、穴位按摩、艾灸等中医护理适宜技术解决老年患者常见的健康问题。结果运用中医护理技术可有效缓解和治疗老年患者的失眠、眩晕、便秘等慢性病症,随着科室中医护理技术实施次数的增加,患者的治愈率得到提升,科室护士的辨证施护能力也得到提高(P<0.01)。结论将中医护理适宜技术应用于老年患者护理工作中效果明显,有利于中医特色护理服务的推广。Objective To explore the application value o f traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） nursing technique in elderly patients. Methods The TCM nursing by syndrome d if fe r-entiation was carried out based on the medical mode o f cooperation. TCM nursing interventions such as,acupuncture point massage, moxibustion were provided to elderly patients w ith commonhealth problems. Results The widely used TCM nursing technique can effectively alleviate andtreatment of elderly patients w ith insomnia, dizziness and constipation. The cure the number of the treatments provided in our department gradually increased. There was a s ig n if i-cantly improvement of syndromenursing capacity in a ll nurse form geriatric department （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion TCM nursing technique shows advantage in geriatric nursing, which isworth popularizing widely.
