高校共青团档案的管理现状及优化对策

摘　　要：简要介绍了共青团档案管理的内容和分类,总结了现阶段高校共青团档案管理中存在的管理不规范、管理意识薄弱、开发利用不够等问题,并从制度建设、队伍建设和网络建设等方面探讨了优化策略。The content and classification of file management of Communist Youth League in colleges and universities is briefly introduced in the paper. Some existing problems in file management, such as nonstandard management, weak management consciousness,inadequate development and utilization are also summarized. And the optimizing strategies are studied in the paper from the aspects such as system construction, team construction, and network construction.
