摘　　要：随着社会对素质教育的提倡、重视、普及,基础钢琴教育成为了众多父母的选择.对处在启蒙教育阶段的孩子来说,教师扮演着引领孩子钢琴入门的重要角色,教师的职业素质与教育水平是值得关注的问题.通过从钢琴教师的职业素养、道德素质方面入手,对儿童启蒙教育阶段的钢琴教师的教学能力培养提出了新的思路和见解.With the call,emphasis and development of quality education,elementary piano education has been accepted by many parents.For the children in the initiation education stage,the teacher is their guide to studying piano.Teachers' professional quality and teaching quality are worthy of much attention.This paper proposes some thinking and suggestions on children's piano teachers' teaching competence cultivation from their professional quality and moral quality.
