摘 要:通过测试在规定的水胶比条件下压浆料的的流动度、坍落扩展度、粘度三个指标的变化规律,给出了压浆料的流动度与坍落扩展度、流动度与粘度的定量关系。结果表明:压浆料的流动度与坍落扩展度,流动度与粘度呈线性变化规律,满足JTG/T F50-2011《公路桥涵施工技术规范》的压浆料流动度指标条件下压浆料的坍落扩展度为356~272 mm,压浆料的粘度为395×10^(-3)~2023×10^(-3)Pa·s,满足TB/T 3192-2008《铁路后张法预应力混凝土梁管道压浆技术条件》的压浆料流动度指标条件下压浆料的坍落扩展度为308~212 mm,粘度为1325×10^(-3)~3186×10^(-3)Pa·s。坍落扩展度的测试方法简单和方便,有利于实际工程的应用。The relationships between fluidity,slump flow and viscosity of grouting materials are studied under the condition of water-binder ratio,and the quantitative relationships between fluidity and slump flow,fluidity and viscosity are given. The results show that the relationships of fluidity with slump flow and fluidity with viscosity of the grouting materials are linear,and the fluidity index of JTG/T F50-2011《Technical specification for construction of highway bridge and culvert》is accorded that slump flow is356-272 mm,and the viscosity is 395 × 10^-3-2023 × 10^-3 Pa·s. The fluidity index of TB/T 3192-2008《Technical specification of cable grouts on post-prestressed concrete railway girder》is accorded that the slump flow of 308-212 mm,and the viscosity is 1325 × 10^-3-3186 × 10^-3 Pa · s. The test method of slump flow is simple and convenient,which is beneficial to the practical engineering application.
