摘　　要：《精神病患者》作为心理恐怖电影的开山之作,将希区柯克擅长的悬念配以画面、镜头和配乐进行彰显。其女主男次的角色设定,女性人物他者化的演绎及女性意识的意象化表达,都从女性主义的角度将男性与女性的对抗、男性对女性窥视的欲望及女权的变态式胜利传达了出来,形成了一个由意象、话语表述、心理等不同层次构成的女性主义精神分析电影文本,其对于女性人物心理的独特设定增强了电影的恐怖效果和悬念的层次。As a pioneer of psychological horror movies, Psycho manifested suspense, which Hitchcock was good at, with scenes, cinematography and soundtrack. Its setting of female characters as protagonists and male characters as supporting roles, and its interpretation of female characters as the other,express the confrontations of men and women, men s desire of peeping at women and an abnormal victory of feminism, making it a text of feminist psychological analysis of many layers, including images, discourse and psychology. Meanwhile, the unique setting of the film s female characters＇ psychology reinforce its terror and suspense.
