摘 要:采用液相沉淀法,控制不同pH生成不同晶型的氢氧化铝,随着溶液pH从3升至12,生成的氢氧化铝晶体结构依次为非晶态、勃姆石[γ-AlOOH]和拜耳石[α-Al(OH)_3]。根据文献中不同温度和pH等条件下氢氧化铝和氧化铝晶型的变化,制作出pH-温度-组分相图,并根据化学热力学和动力学原理对其中的2个主要影响因素温度和pH做了分析。分析表明,在溶液体系中pH对氢氧化铝的晶型影响比温度对其的影响更显著,分析的结果与实验相符。氢氧化铝的相图规律的研究对应用有重要的指导意义。By using the aqueous/liquid precipitation method, aluminum hydroxide with different crystalline forms was synthe-sized under different pH.With the increase of pH from 3 to 12, the generated aluminum hydroxides were amorphous, boehmite [γ -AlOOH ] ,and bayerite[α -Al(OH )3] , respectively.The a vailable data indicated that the crystalline forms of aluminum hy-droxide and alumina varied under different temperatures and pH , on the basis of which the pH -temperature-composition dia-gram was drawn.The study and analysis on the two main factors temperature and pH were performed by means of the prin-ciple of chemical thermodynamics and kinetics.Analysis results showed the influence of pH was larger than that of temperature on the crystal form of aluminum hydroxide and those coincided with the experiment.The phase diagram of aluminum hydroxidehad a great significance for the application.
