摘　　要：条纹是TFT-LCD玻璃生产中常见缺陷之一,是玻璃主体内存在和玻璃相近的物质。它主要以深浅和粗细不一的条状物出现,伴随着明暗线。条纹主要是由于混合料或熔融体在流动过程中及物理、化学熔解过程出现不均质而形成。本文结合TFT-LCD玻璃实际生产中出现条纹,从配料、熔解、搅拌等工序的工艺和设备方面进行调整以降低或消除条纹缺陷影响。Cord is one of the common defects in production of TFT-LCD glass and is the substance similar to glass substrate existed in glass. It appears as various thickness stripes and depth in glass substrate with bright and dark appearance. The formation of the cord is mainly due to heterogeneous of the batch or melt-glass because of undesirable melting and refining. The negative effect of cord on glass quality was reduced by optimizing the mixing and melting of raw materials, adopting agitator, and improving technology and equipment.
