摘　　要：针对国际市场屡见不鲜的FPSO改装订单,以某船厂改装工程为实例,介绍超大型VLCC改装成FPSO的主要建造工艺,分析改装业务对主要建造设施的需求和改造方案,提出工艺和生产方面的改进建议,为国内船厂承建类似工程提供一些有益的参考。The orders of FPSO modification project are frequently seen in the international market.A shipyard modification project is taken as an example and the main construction technology of VLCC modified into FPSO is introduced.The requirements of major construction facilities and modification projects are analyzed.Some suggestions for improvement of process and production are proposed,which provide some useful reference for the similar project in domestic shipyard.
