摘  要:2016年8月17日,黄河西柳沟发生了历史罕见的大雨强、大雨量、长历时的降雨过程,龙头拐站产生了历史第5大洪峰流量、第2大次洪洪量的洪水过程。与洪峰流量居历史前3位的大洪水相关特征平均值进行对比可知,本次洪水在暴雨中心降雨量偏大102.4%,暴雨中心1 h、2 h降雨量分别偏大61.3%、42.5%的条件下,洪峰流量偏小51.6%,径流系数偏小13.0%,次洪沙量偏小77.8%,平均含沙量偏小88.5%。分析认为,本次洪水洪量、沙量偏小的原因为流域下垫面条件发生了变化。A rare heavy rain occurred in Xiliugou River of the Yellow River on August 17,2016. The long duration heavy rain had caused the fifth largest peak flow and the second largest flood volume in history at Longtouguai Station. Compared with the average value of the first three floods in history,the total rainfall was 102.4% larger,the 1 h rainfall was 61.3% larger and the 2 h rainfall was 42.5% larger,however,the peak flow was 51.6% smaller,the runoff coefficient was 13.0% smaller,the sediment concentration was 77.8% smaller and the average sediment concentration was 88.5% smaller. The analysis shows that the above results were caused by underlying surfaces variation.
