摘 要:仙居抽蓄电站下库围堰为目前国内抽水蓄能电站最高的土石围堰,在已有水库中进行修建,围堰规模较大,工程条件复杂,不仅工期紧张,而且存在诸多难点。通过采取合理的围堰水下设计断面形式和填筑料粒径要求,调整进出水口枢纽结构和布置,并制定详细的围堰水下填筑施工方案、抛石挤淤处理措施和简化右堰肩防渗结构形式等,成功解决了围堰水下填筑及塑性混凝土防渗墙施工、堰基稳定等关键技术问题,同时也节省了投资,比原计划提前5 d完成围堰填筑。The lower reservoir cofferdam of Xianju Pumped Storage Power Station is the highest rockfill cofferdam for the pumped storage power plant in China so far. To build cofferdam in an existing reservoir,the scale is larger,engineering conditions complex,not only tight deadlines,but also exist many difficulties. By taking reasonable cofferdam design section pattern and filling material particle size requirements,it adjusted the layout and structures of inlet and outlet of the project and formulated detailed cofferdam riprap embankment construction program,adopted squeezing silt treatment measures and simplified the right dam abutment types of seepage prevention structure,it had successfully resolved the key technical issues of underwater filling,plastic concrete cutoff wall construction and dam foundation stability. In the same time,it also saved the investment and the completion of the cofferdam filling was 5 days earlier than that of the original plan.
