摘　　要：舞钢采用超低碳贝氏体成分设计思路和TMCP+回火工艺,开发生产了厚度14~50 mm的TMCP+回火型A709M-HPS-485WT2钢板,各项性能指标及焊接性能优良,成功应用于美国某岸桥改造项目。By taking ultra - low carbon bainite composition design concept and TMCP ＋ tempering process of high performance weathering bridge steel, Wugang develops and produces 10 ？50 mm thickness TMCP ＋ tempering type steel plate A709M - HPS -485WT2 with excellent properties indicators and weldability, which is successfully ap-plied for a quay crane revamp project in America.
