摘 要:目前地下建筑或通道等通过托换穿越地面保护性建筑日益增多。结合工程实例,介绍大跨度地下通道穿越采用独立或条形基础的柱、墙结构的沈阳站东站房的托换施工技术,主要包括托换结构设计形式、柱墙同托换板的节点处理、防止地上建筑沉降的技术措施等。本工程的总体沉降控制在5mm,远小于沉降警戒值。施工完毕后,沉降稳定,外墙及内部结构无裂缝等缺陷。Nowadays,more and more projects are performed by means of the lifting-and-replacing technique when the underground buildings or passages have to underpass the ground buildings that have to be protected.With some projects as practical examples,introduced in the paper is the lifting-and-replacing technique for the eastern station buildings of the Shenyang Railway Station where a large-span underground passage has to underpass the post or wall structures of the eastern station buildings with isolated or strip footing.The lifting-and-replacing technique introduced here mainly includes the design forms of the liftingand-replacing structure,the treatment of the nodes between the posts,walls and the lifting-and replacing boards,and the technical measures to protect the ground buildings from settling.The total settlement of the project is limited to 5 mm,much less than the warning value of settlement.When the project is completed,the settlement is found to be steady,and no cracks or other defects happen to the external walls and the internal structures.
