摘  要:天津地铁5号线工程成林道站~津塘路站区间重叠隧道处于软土地质,在隧道施工中,采用先下线隧道施工、再上线隧道施工顺序,同时对重叠范围隧道进行深孔加强注浆,在管片内安装固定钢支架,并严格控制盾构机各项施工参数,降低对周边土体的扰动。施工后隧道各项指标满足规范及设计要求,周边建筑物沉降控制在允许范围以内。As the overlapped tunnels in the section between the Chenglin Avenue Station and the Jintang Road Station of Line 5 of the Tianjin Metro are located in weak-soil strata,they are built in the sequence of first the lower-line tunnel and then the upper-line tunnel.Meanwhile,the deep-hole slip-casting is performed for consolidation within the range of the overlapped section of the tunnels,with fixed steel brackets provided inside the segments and all the construction parameters of the shield strictly controlled so as to reduce the disturbance to the surrounding soil bodes.After construction,all the indexes of the tunnel are found capable of meeting the requirements of both the codes and the design,and the settlement of the surrounding buildings are also found to be within the allowable range.
