摘 要:东湖大桥基础为岩石,综合考虑施工技术、造价和工期等因素,最终确定了水下爆破围岩、壁间灌注混凝土的双壁钢围堰作为最终施工方案。详细设计了双壁钢围堰的平面尺寸和细部结构,并且确定了相应的施工步骤,保证了围堰的稳定。此外,对围堰进行了有限元整体建模和计算,得到了围堰在最不利工况下的应力和变形,并且围堰的变形与施工过程中的实测围堰收敛值相差很小,表明有限元模型较准确地模拟了围堰的应力状态。As the foundat ion of the East Lake Br idge is made of rock,the f inal const ruct ion scheme of blowing up the surround-ing rock and building a double-walled steel cofferdam? between the two walls of which concrete is poured,is chosen for the pro-ject upon the basis of comprehensively considering the construction techniques,the cost and the construction duration and other factors. The plane sizes and the detai led structures of the double-walled steel cofferdam are designed in detail in the paper?with the corresponding construction procedures chosen to ensure the stability of the cofferdam. Besides?an overall model is estab-1 ished and calculated in the light of the finite element software?with the possible stress and deformation of the cofferdam under the most unfavorable conditions obtained. And the deformation of the cofferdam is found slightly different from the convergence value measured at the site,which shows that the finite element model comparatively accurately simulates the stress state of the cofferdam.
