摘　　要：以佛肇城际铁路GZZH-7标预制箱梁架设工程为例,简要论述了特殊工况下TLJ900型架桥机架设城际铁路预制箱梁所进行的架桥机改造;针对特殊工况下支座承载力超过额定荷载的1.2倍以及支座出现负反力的情况,采取设置临时支撑、临时支墩和给予临时配重的措施,保证运架工况下的施工安全和施工质量。在箱梁运架过程中,预制梁和连续梁支座及梁体受力情况良好,满足设计及规范要求。With the const ruct ion of erect ing both the 24 m and 30 m pre-cast box girders in the GZZH-7 Cont racted Section of the Fo-Zhao Inter-city Railway as a practical example？ briefly dealt with in the paper is how the bridge erector is innovated when the TLJ900-type Bridge Erector is used to erect the pre-cast railway box girders for inter-city railways under special con-struction conditions. Considering the special conditions of the bearing capacity of the pedestal being 1. 2 times larger than the rated load and the pedestal having a negative reaction, temporary supports and temporary supporting piers are provided？ and temporary balancing weights are also offered to ensure the safe construction and the construction quality under the specific transporting and erecting conditions. In the course of transporting and erecting the box girders,the pre-cast girders？ the pedes-tals for continuous beams？the girder bodies and their strained condition are all found to be good,and capable of meeting the re-quirements of both the design and the technical specifications.
