国际化旅游人才职业胜任力及培养路径分析

摘　　要：随着我国旅游业由旅游资源大国向世界旅游大国跨越,对高素质专业化、国际化旅游人才需求不断增强。以旅游英语专业三年毕业生麦可思跟踪调查报告为基础,以职业胜任力理论为指导,分析旅游英语专业建设目标和国际化旅游人才职业胜任力之间的差距,提出"内涵建设"和"外部拓展"双轮人才培养路径,通过有效整合区域旅游教育资源,建设多方协同共育人才平台,提升毕业生职业胜任力。With great development from tourism resource country to world tourism power, China needs more professional and international talents in tourism. Based on Mycos reports on graduates of Tourism English major,this study analyzes the gaps between specialty construction target and international tourism talents1 competency from the perspective of competency theory, and suggests two training paths including internal development and external extension to improve students’ competency by effectively integrating regional education resources.
