摘　　要：邓小平作为中国共产党第二代中央领导集体的核心和改革开放的总设计师,在领导全党和全国各族人民进行改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的伟大进程中,非常重视党的干部队伍建设。针对我国干部队伍老龄化问题,邓小平身体力行,力主废除领导干部职务终身制。As the core of the second generation key leaders of the Communist Party of China and the chief architect of the reform and opening up policy, Deng Xiaoping attached great importance of the CPC's cadres troops construction in the great process of leading the whole party and all ethnic groups in China to the reform and opening up and the socialist modernization. In the view of the cadres' aging problem in China, Deng Xiaoping strongly advocated to abolish the life tenure of leading cadres.
