论高校思想政治教育中的信任感化

摘　　要：信任感化革新了高校思想政治教育教学方法,改变了学生的学习模式,提高了教育效率,节约了教育成本,在高校思想政治教育中体现出其独特的价值。实施信任感化教育,要遵循真诚的原则、尊重受教育者需求的原则,以及重信守诺、把握信任度的原则。作为信任感化教育的实施者,教育者要把握建立信任关系的策略和方法。Trust influence has its unique value in the ideological and political education in universities because it innovates the teaching method,brings changes to the students' learning mode,improves the efficiency of education and reduces the cost of education. In the implementation of trust-based education,we must follow the principles of sincerity,respecting the needs of educated people,keeping promises,having a good control of degree of trust. As the implementers of trust education,the educators should have a good command of the tactics and methods of establishing trust relationship with the students.
