摘　　要：社会实践是一种体验,只有提升大学生社会实践活动的实效性,才能促进大学生体验生活、体验社会,促成大学生的全面成长。大学生社会实践呈现参与缺乏主动性、考核缺乏科学性、指导缺乏专业性等问题,应从强化专业性、提升创新性、力求常态化和过程化、重视主体性与体验性等方面提高大学生实践活动的实效性。The purpose of social practice is to experience.Only by improving the results can social practice enhance college students＇ experience of life and of society and promote their full growth and development.To overcome the existing problems such as lack of motivation,unscientific evaluation and unprofessional instruction,colleges and universities should try to provide more professional guidance and come up with more innovative forms of social practice on a more regular basis,attaching more importance to students＇ subjective experience in the process.
