网络谣言传播监管及信息安全处理研究

摘　　要：全球高新技术快速发展扩大了国际战略竞争,网络开辟新的场域。以计算机技术为代表的现代信息技术,在管控网络信息传播中发挥着重要作用。"互联网+"时代对谣言传播既要控制又要监测,这给信息安全带来新的研究内容。分析大数据新媒体时代网络信息传播的特点,提出当前管控网络信息中存在的问题,研究运用信息技术管控网络谣言传播的方法,最后应用数据库编程探究对网络信息的加密和解密处理。The rapid development of global high technology has expanded the international strategic competition. The networhas opened up a new field . The m o d e m intelligent technology represented by the computer information technology plays an important role in the management of the network information dissemination. Rumor spreading of Internet plus era is to be controlled and monitored. It brings new research contents to information security . The characteristics of network information dissemination in the era of high technology are analyzed. The existing problems in the management of network information technologare put forward. The methods of intelligent control network rumor are studied. Finally, the applications of database programminon encryption and decryption processing of network information have been researched.
