摘　　要：城镇地籍数据库的建设是全国第二次土地调查一项重要的任务,其数据库的设计以及建立的方法都是现在各作业单位之间互相探讨的重要环节,主要在于软件平台的选取以及作业步骤的安排。基于此,本文概述通过选取CASS软件与ArcGis平台相结合来建立城镇地籍数据库。The construction of the cadastral database is an important task of the second national land sur-vey, and the design of database and the established method is an important link between the operatingunits now explore each other, mainly lies in the software platform selection and operation steps of the ar-rangement. Based on this, this paper summarized the establishment of urban cadastral database by combin-ing CASS software with ArcGis platform.
