摘  要:2016年9月28日,浙江省受到台风"鲇鱼"的影响普降大雨,丽水市和文成县分别发生山体滑坡和泥石流灾害,共有31人死亡,2人失联,26间民房被埋或损毁,造成了巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失。本文以丽水滑坡和文成泥石流灾害为例,通过回顾两起事件的发生过程,结合灾前事发地卫星图片和历史滑坡、泥石流事件等资料,对丽水滑坡和文成泥石流灾害孕育机理进行分析,得出以下结论:造成丽水滑坡和文成泥石流事件严重后果的成因除不可抗力外,主要是山体裸露程度加深和村民对风险防范不够重视。最后针对山区典型的地质灾害,提出相应的风险防范策略与应对机制。The rain of very large in Zhejiang province under the influence of Megi On September 28, 2016.Heavy rain triggered landslide in Lishui and debris flow in Wencheng. It caused huge casualties and prop-erty losses, a total of 31 people death, 2 people out of contact, 26 houses were buried or damaged. Inthis paper, we took Lishui landslide and Wencheng debris flow as an example, review the occurrence oftwo events, according to the satellite pictures of the place of disasters occurred and historical event data,analysis the mechanism of two events. Results showed that: Except for the force majeure, Lishui landslideand Wencheng debris flow were mostly due to the mountain exposed constantly and the villagers do notpay attention to risk prevention. Finally, put forward the risk prevention strategies and response mechanismof mountainou typical geological disaster.
