摘　　要：随着产业升级,对高技能应用型人才需求持续增长,虚拟实训系统已在企业高技能运维人才培养中发挥重要作用。在以信息化引领教育理念和教育模式创新的热潮中,对虚拟实训系统的技能培训效果提出更高要求。介绍虚拟实训系统的组成结构和应用现状,重点展望其发展趋势,充分发挥信息化引领教育理念和教育模式的创新。With industrial upgrade, the demand for highly-skilled and practical talent is increasing, virtual training system plays an impor-tant part in enterprise highly-skilled and practical talent training and provides human source security for industry development. In the trend of information industry which leads education concept and innovation of education mode, higher requests are put forward to virtual training system. This article emphasizes the importance of virtual training system to operation and maintenance sta？ s, analyzes its structure and application status. Then, considering the education information that leads education concept and innovation of educa-tion mode, the outlook of virtual training system is provided.
