骨髓间充质干细胞在口腔医学应用中的研究进展

摘　　要：作为一类来源于骨髓,具有极强自我增殖能力和多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)在适当的条件下可以向多种细胞方向分化。同时,因为其免疫原性低、伦理争议少及易于体外培养和扩增等特点,被认为是一种非常理想的组织工程种子细胞。近来,BMSCs被广泛应用颌骨骨量不足、牙周组织不足和颞下颌关节病等口腔医学研究之中。本文就BMSCs在口腔医学中的应用研究作一综述。As a kind of adult stem cell that has extremely strong ability of self-proliferation and multipotential diferentiation, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell（BMSC）can produce a variety of cell differentiation under the appropriate conditions. Simultaneously, BMSC is considered as a very ideal seed cell of tissue engineering due to its low immunogenicity, little ethical controversy and the characteristics of easy to culture and amplifcation in vitro. Recently, BMSC is widely applied in oral medical research that treats jaw bone mass, lacking periodontal tissue and the diseases of temporo-mandibular joint . This paper reviewed the efects of BMSCs in the research of oral medicine.
