慢性牙周炎与类风湿关节炎病因发病机制相关性的系统性分析

摘　　要：近二十年来研究显示慢性牙周炎(chronic periodontitis,CP)与全身系统性疾病(糖尿病,动脉粥样硬化,心梗,中风,骨质疏松,关节炎和阿尔海默兹综合征等)存在一定关联。研究显示CP与类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA有着相似的发病特点,两病共同的关联在于两者免疫功能方面的改变,现有证据证实两病均为促炎因子和抗炎因子之间失衡引起的疾病,这两种常见慢性炎症疾病存在潜在的相关性。Early 20 years, studies have shown that chronic periodontitis （CP） and systemic disease （diabetes, atherosclerosis, myocardialinfarction, stroke, osteoporosis, arthritis and Syndrome, etc） there is a certain relationship. CP and RA have similar characteristics, the two disease common association lies in the changes in the immune function of both, the existing evidence that the two diseases are both pro-infammatory factors and anti-inflammatory factors caused by the imbalance between the disease. This article mainly elaborates the relation between the two diseases.
