外部条件与空巢农户科技吸纳效率的关系研究——一项来源于江西省的调查分析  

External Conditions and Science and Technology Study on the Relationship between the Absorption Efficiency of Empty Nest Families——An Investigation Analysis Originating from Anhui Province

摘　　要：采用江西省的部分空巢农户调研数据,综合运用模型DEA-Tobit着重分析了外部环境对空巢农户的科技吸纳效率的影响。研究结果表明:外部环境对空巢农户科技吸纳效率的影响主要存在着如下特征:经济社会环境和基础设施环境与农户的科技吸纳效率成正向相关;科技文化环境和资源特征环境与农户的科技吸纳效率存在着负相关关系;而政府的政策环境、科技吸纳氛围环境、金融服务环境与农户科技吸纳的效率影响效果并不明显。Using the survey data of part of the peasant household empty nests in Jiangxi province,the comprehensive environmental factors are analyzed by using the model of empty nest families absorbing performance of science and technology,the influence of the research results show that the performance of the external environment of the empty nest farmers science and technology influence mainly exist the following characteristics：the economic and social environment and infrastructure environment associated with the technology into absorbing performance of farmers;Science and technology culture environment and resources characteristics of the environment and farmers there is a negative correlation between the performance of science and technology to absorb;The government′s policy environment,absorb the atmosphere of science and technology environment,convenient financial environment and farmers technology absorbing performance effect is not obvious.
