摘 要:通过梳理当前中国能源发展面临的主要形势,提出了发展分布式清洁能源的必要性。通过综述分布式天然气、分布式光伏和微电网等几种典型分布式清洁能源的发展情况,提出了目前存在的主要问题。结合国家相关规划,分析了中国分布式清洁能源发展的潜力和方向,同时结合相关示范区案例分析,提出了以规划为引领,做好顶层设计的发展路径建议。The distributed clean energy system integrates a variety of clean and renewable energy, with greenand lowcarbon characteristics, to achieve energy cascade utilization and improve energy efficiency. This paperanalyzed the current situation of energy development in China, and concluded the necessity of prompting distributed clean energy. The development of several typical distributed clean energy sources such as distributednatural gas, distributed photovoltaic and microgridwas thoroughly summarized. The main challenges in the future development were identified as well. Combined with the relevant national planning, analysis of China' s development of distributed clean energy development potential and directionwas carried out. Based on the relevantdemonstration case studies, it was suggested that the distributed clean energy developmentshould be led byproper planning and toplayer design.
