摘  要:依据汽轮机回热加热系统设计运行和试验数据,对凝结水节流系统简化非线性动态模型进行工作点线性化及辨识,得到某330MW机组负荷对凝结水流量的传递函数;在分析凝结水节流系统动态调节特性基础上,提出了基于模型预估的凝结水节流控制策略和基于凝结水节流控制的协调系统控制策略;并针对凝结水节流控制技术应用局限性提出了解决思路,应用效果较好,为该技术的广泛应用提供了良好的借鉴作用。According to the design data, operation and test data of turbine heat regenerative system for a 330MW unit, the trans-fer function of load versus condensate flow was deduced for the simplified nonlinear dynamic model of condensate throttling control system,which was linearized and identified. By analyzing dynamic performance of condensate throttling system, the condensate throttling control strategy based on model prediction and coordinated control strategy based on condensate throttling control was proposed. The solution was provided for application limitations of condensate throttling control technology, which has obtained satisfied control performance. This control method provides reference for similarity units.
