补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的观察补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法以补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛68例作为治疗组,并与常规西药治疗62例作对照,比较2组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、心绞痛症状和血脂指标。结果治疗组胸闷气短改善总有效率为95.6%,显著高于对照组(80.6%,P<0.05);治疗组心悸症状改善总有效率88.2%显著高于对照组(77.4%,P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组心绞痛总有效率分别为82.35%和70.97%,心电图总有效率分别为76.5%和58.06%,2组比较,P<0.05。与对照组比较,治疗组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间降低作用更为显著(P<0.01)。治疗组硝酸甘油减停率为80.8%,显著高于对照组的51.6%,P<0.01。与对照组相比,治疗后治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB、LP(a)水平均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,可以缓解心绞痛症状、改善血脂指标。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.METHODS Sixty eight patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type treated by Buyang Huanwu decoction were taken as the treatment group,and was compared with the control group(62 cases treated with conventional western medicine).Angina pectoris efficacy,ECG efficacy,angina pectoris symptoms and blood lipid indexes in two groups were compared.RESULTS The total effective rate of chest tightness and breath shortness improvements in the treatment group was 95.6%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.6%,P<0.05).The total effective rate of palpitation improvement in the treatment group was88.2%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.4%,P<0.05).The total effective rate of angina pectoris in treatment group and control group was 82.35% and 70.97% respectively,and the total effective rate of ECG was76.5% and 58.06% respectively,the differences between two groups were significant,P<0.05.The angina pectoris attack frequency and duration in the treatment group decreased more significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).The nitroglycerin reducing and stopping rate in the treatment group was 80.8%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(51.6%),P<0.01.The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ApoA1,ApoB and LP(a)in the treatment group were statistically significant after treatment compared with the control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS Buyang Huanwu decoction has definite curative effect for treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,can relieve angina pectoris symptoms and improve blood lipid indexes.
