摘  要:金属挤压铸造成形是一种加压成形方法,广泛应用于国防、汽车、航空航天、家电、仪器仪表等行业,尤其是用于高性能零部件的生产。它结合了塑性加工和铸造的优点,有着生产流程短、生产效率高、零件加工量少等特点,具有广阔的发展前景。本文介绍了金属挤压铸造成形技术理论研究、材料研究以及在生产中应用的状况,并对其技术的发展重点进行探讨。Metal extrusion casting is a kind of compression forming method, which is widely used in national defense, automobile, aerospace, household appliances, instruments and meters, especially for high performance parts and components. It combines the advantages of plastic processing and casting, and has the characteristics of short production process, high production efficiency and less processing of parts, and has broad prospects for development. In this paper, the forming technology, theoretical research, material research and application in the production of metal extrusion casting are introduced, and the development of the technology is also discussed.
