浦东新区社区居民中医药服务利用状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解浦东新区社区居民对社区卫生中医药服务的利用情况。方法采用整群分层随机抽样调查的方法对527名社区居民进行问卷调查。结果社区居民对社区卫生中医药服务知晓率和利用率分别为94.1%和48.6%,71.1%的居民中医就诊目的是配药。各项中医服务项目中,社区居民对中成药的需求最高,达48.8%。不同年龄、文化程度的社区居民利用中医药服务的比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区居民对中医药服务有较高的知晓率,但利用率不高,应加强宣传工作,引导居民合理使用中医服务项目,使中医药服务起到提高居民健康水平的作用。OBJECTIVE To understand the Pudong New Area community residents utilization for community health services in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). METHODS Stratified random sampling questionnaire survey was conducted among 527 residents in community. RESULTS The community residents awareness rate and utilization rate were respectively 94.1% and 48.6% of the community health service of TCM, and 71.1% residents of traditional Chinese medicine treatment was dispensed. The traditional Chinese medicine services, community residents demand for traditional Chinese medicine was the highest, up to 48.8%. There were statistical significances in different age, culture level of community residents utilization ratio of TCM service differentiation(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS The awareness rate of community residents about the Chinese medicine service was higher, but the utilization rate was not high. The propaganda about traditional Chinese medicine should be strengthened and residents' rational usage of traditional Chinese medicine be reasonably guided so as to improve the health level of residents.
