活血定痛酊的镇痛、抗炎药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究活血定痛酊的镇痛、抗炎药理作用。方法通过小鼠热板、扭体实验观察活血定痛酊的镇痛作用,测定小鼠舔足时间、扭体次数及痛阈值;通过小鼠足肿胀、耳肿胀实验观察活血定痛酊的抗炎作用,测定小鼠足肿胀度和耳肿胀度。结果4.8和2.4g·kg^(-1)可延长小鼠舔足时间,减少扭体次数,升高痛阈值;4.8,2.4和1.2g·kg^(-1)可抑制小鼠足肿胀度和耳肿胀度。结论活血定痛酊具有一定的镇痛、抗炎作用。Objective To study the antalgic and anti-inflammatory actions of Blood Invigorating and Pain Easing Tincture.Methods Mouse hot-plate test and mouse writhing test were conducted to observe the antalgic effects of Blood Invigorating and Pain Easing Tincture.Licking foot times,twisting numbers and the pain threshold value were determined.Mouse paw swelling test and mouse auricle swelling test were carried out to observe the anti-inflammatory effect.Paw swelling and auricle swelling were determined.Results Blood Invigorating and Pain Easing Tincture at the doses of 4.8,2.4 and 1.2 g·kg^-1 prolonged the licking foot time,reduced the twisting numbers and increased the pain threshold value of mice.Conclusion Blood Invigorating and Pain Easing Tincture has the antalgic and anti-inflammatory effects.
