我院2014～2016年注射用胰岛素使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院注射用胰岛素的使用情况,为临床应用提供参考。方法利用该院HIS系统提取2014~2016年注射用胰岛素的购入数据,对其用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果各年度注射用胰岛素的用药金额逐年增长,占全部降糖药的70%以上;门冬胰岛素30的用药金额和DDDs排序始终位于第1。结论该院注射用胰岛素以预混胰岛素类似物为主,以预混人胰岛素和长效胰岛素类似物为辅,动物胰岛素使用较少。Objective To evaluate the utilization of insulin injections in the Branch of the First People′s Hospital of Huai′an,and to provide reference for clinical application.Methods The insulin injections data extracted from the HIS system of this hospital between 2014 and 2016 were analyzed in respect of the drug amount,the amount of drug use,defined daily dose（DDDs）,defined daily cost（DDC）,etc..Results The amount of insulin injections increased year by year and accounted for more than 70% of the total hypoglycemic drugs.Insulin Aspart 30 was the first both in the drug amount and in the DDDs.Conclusions Premixed insulin analogues were the major drugs used in this hospital.Premixed human insulin and long-acting insulin analogues took the second place.Animal insulin was used less.
