摘 要:对铜V形件形状复杂、V形角度不易保证、加工难度大等特点和产品工艺要求进行了分析,结合现有的生产设备与生产技术,制订了合理的工艺方案。介绍了挤压模具、拉拔模具及冲压模具的设计结构和工作过程,模具挡板、凸模、成形凹模、V形凹模等结构的设计,保证了铜V形件顺利成形。批量生产结果表明,该工艺和模具结构设计合理,操作方便,产品质量稳定,生产率高,取得了良好的经济效益。The characteristics of V-shaped copper part, such as the complex shape, V-shaped angle,and processing difficulties, as wcll as the process requirements were analyzed in the paper. Combined with the existing equipment and technology, a reasonable process scheme was determined. The structure and operation of extrusion die, drawing die, and stamping die were introduced. Through the structure dcsign of the stamping dic baffle, the punch, the forming die and V-shaped die, the V-shaped copper parts were formed smoothly. Mass pro-duction results showed that the forming process and die structure design were reasonable with simple operation, stable product quality and high productivity,which can achieve good efficiency.
