摘　　要：通过对汽车高强度钢板冲压件从研发设计到生产各阶段中产生回弹原因的分析,在产品结构、板料性能、生产条件等方面提出综合解决方法,解决了汽车冲压件生产过程中的回弹缺陷,保证了产品质量。Through thc analysis of the causes of springback from product design to the production stages of the automobilc high-strength steel sheet stamping parts, a comprehensive solution was put forward for the product structure, sheet material performance and production conditions. Thus, the spring back defect were solved in the production process of auto-mobile stamping parts, ensuring the product quality.
