彝药火疗治疗寒湿腰痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察彝药火疗治疗寒湿腰痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将200例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组100例彝药湿热敷。治疗组100例彝药火疗。连续治疗10次为1疗程。观测临床症状、疼痛变化程度(NRS评分、JOA评分)、不良反应。治疗1疗程(10次)。[结果]治疗组临床控制37例,显效51例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率98.00%;对照组临床控制23例,显效38例,有效27例,无效12例,总有效率88.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。NRS评分、JOA评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),NRS评分两组无显著差异(P>0.05),JOA评分治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]彝药火疗治疗寒湿腰痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Yi medicine fire treatment in the treatment of cold dampness lumbago. [Method] 200 cases of inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random number. The control group of 100 cases of Yi medicine wet hot compress. The treatment group of 100 cases of Yi medicine fire treatment. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of treatment for 10 times. The clinical symptoms, the degree of pain （NRS score, JOA score）, adverse reactions were observed. 1 courses of treatment （10 times）. [Results] The treatment group 37 cases were clinically controlled, 51 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 98%; control group, clinical control 23 cases, 38 cases were markedly effective, 27 cases effective, 12 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 88%; the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. NRS score, JOA score of the two groups were improved （P〈0.01）, NRS score of the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, JOA score in the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] the curative effect of Yi medicine fire therapy, treatment of cold dampness pain, with no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
