熄风通络化瘀汤联合西药治疗高血压随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察熄风通络化瘀汤联合西药治疗高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按就诊顺序号简单随机分两组。对照组60例依那普利,5mg/次,2次/d;氨氯地平,5mg/次,1次/d;洛伐他汀,20mg/次,1次/d。治疗组60例熄风通络化瘀汤(钩藤、天麻、黄柏、夏枯草、川牛膝、川芎、赤芍、丹皮、决明子、水蛭、菊花、红花、五灵脂各10g),1剂/d,水煎150m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、舒张压、收缩压、hs-CRP、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]血压、hs-CRP、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]熄风通络化瘀汤联合西药治疗高血压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To explore the curative effect of the application of calming wind and dredging collaterals and Removing Blood Stasis decoction in the treatment of hypertension, and analyze the effect of this prescription on the intervention of cardiovascular risk factors. [Methods] November 2015 2014 to July 2006, select in our hospital 120 cases of patients with essential hypertension were divided into two groups and studied, combined with clinical random table method, the average included in the observation group and control group. Control group received routine treatment of western medicine, in the control group on the basis of the observation group, and with Xifeng Luotong Huayu decoction. The blood pressure of the two groups were compared, and the actual changes of cardiovascular risk factors in the two groups were observed. [Results] After treatment, two groups of blood pressure, blood lipids and high sensitive C-reactive protein （hereinafter referred to as CRP-HS） level comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] In the treatment of hypertension, the effect of quenching wind and dredging collaterals and removing blood stasis soup is very effective, and can significantly reduce blood lipid levels and high sensitive C-reactive protein levels, which can be widely used.
